hair transplants do they really work

hi everyone,,iam thinking about hair transplant sugery as iam losing my hair across about 2 inches right across the front of my head,,my hair is still quite full and thick other wise..i live in scotland u,k, amd was wondering if anyone can recomend i good surgeon here as i was thinking of traveling to poland were it is much cheaper to have it done?thanks
